Chelsea FC Blenheim were crowned Surrey Cup champions after a commanding 4–1 victory over Surbiton High in the final at Meadowbank Stadium, home of Dorking Football Club and the Surrey FA. The two sides had previously met in the competition back in 2024, when Surbiton High went on to lift the trophy, giving the occasion added significance for the Chelsea FC Blenheim side. The squad arrived determined to retain the trophy they had won the previous season against ACS International School Cobham. From the opening whistle Chelsea FC Blenheim showed encouraging signs, controlling possession and progressing the ball well through the thirds. The breakthrough eventually came through a moment of individual brilliance from Alice B. Her creativity opened space for Dani D, who finished confidently to give Chelsea FC Blenheim a deserved early lead. There was clear frustration within the Chelsea FC Blenheim camp at half-time after dominating large periods of the opening half without taking full advantage. The focus for the second half was to move the ball across the pitch with greater urgency and technical quality in order to create overloads in wide areas. Chelsea FC Blenheim responded strongly after the restart and soon regained the lead. With momentum now firmly on their side, Chelsea FC Blenheim began to play with real confidence. Their passing combinations improved and the team started to showcase the attacking patterns that have become a key part of their play. Chelsea FC Blenheim sealed the result with a dangerous set-piece delivery that found its way into the net off the head of a Surbiton High defender, ensuring the trophy would once again return to Blenheim High School. The final whistle confirmed an impressive 4–1 victory, capping a strong performance and allowing Blenheim to successfully retain the Surrey Cup.
